      ABOUT THE ROLE

      • The CoRe Training and Development Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs to support the training and development of CoRe Team Members. This role will work closely with Senior Leaders, Managers, and the Learning & Development Team to identify needs and create programs that will improve job performance, increase productivity, and enhance Team Member engagement and satisfaction.

      WHAT YOU’LL DO

      • Conduct learning needs analysis to identify skills and knowledge gaps among Team Members within CoRe.
      • Design and develop training programs and materials, including manuals, presentations, and online learning modules.
      • Work with subject matter experts to ensure that training programs are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
      • Deliver training programs, facilitating either in-person or through online platforms, and provide coaching and feedback to participants.
      • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
      • Manage the training budget, resources, and vendors, and negotiate contracts and service level agreements.
      • Stay current on updates, techniques, and developments within the Training/Learning & Development space.
      • Maintain relevant training programs, and incorporate new methodologies and technologies into training programs.
      • Collaborate with Managers and HR to create career paths for CoRe Team Members.
      • Monitor Team Member performance and identify opportunities for further development and training.
      • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to training and development.
      • Educate subject matter experts (SME) on the best practices in learning and development and assess the effectiveness of SME-lead training programs.

      EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE

      The ideal candidate would possess:

      • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, instructional design, education or a related field required.
      • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
      • Specialty certifications from the Association for Talent Development or similar organizations preferred.
      • Experience working within the financial services/banking industry across multiple disciplines, and experience working with financial banking systems strongly preferred.
      • Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
      • Knowledge of different training methodologies and technologies, including online learning platforms and virtual training.
      • Ability to analyze data and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
      • Understanding of relevant regulations and standards related to training and development.
      • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
